One Stop Vacation Destination
Final morning waking up in a king size bed in a large hotel room, $50.00 a night, cheapest on
The Boardwalk, Tropicana Casino - Hotel - Mall, our heroes really didn't have to leave the
building for food, shows, or gambling; to get to car, dining, boardwalk, anywhere, they had to go
through the casino, all those lights, bells, whistles, music, drinks, to entice them to play machines
of chance, DaS Ginger Mann lost a few duckets, won a few bucks, and they both had good time.
So long Room 1516, mag-door lock, & Do Not Disturb tag that has no key slot in which to post...
Necessity is the Mother of Invention.
Not bad place to visit, the Cape of New Jersey, only National and State Parks aren't marked
on parkway with brown signs, just happened to see a small sign for Hereford Inlet Lighthouse,
roadmap shows all kinds of marshland bird sanctuaries, too.

Check Out Time
One more Gilchrist's Restaurant breakfast, simple, light, oatmeal, everything bagel,
Belgian Waffle, bacon, OJ, and coffee for the duo, power enough for drive home.
Direct or by way of tourist traps...? Round Valley Reservoir...? To be determined,
first, clear out hotel room, check to ensure all is packed, nothing left behind, did not use
bureau drawers, no Gideon's Bible...what the what...? Atlantic City is too evil for the Gideons,
gamblers too far gone down the path of darkness, irredeemable sinners!
No notepad or pen with logo either, for fifty bucks one gets a room, nothing else or...
Tropicana's cutting costs and paper and pen cost a lot and guests are always taking them
and towels from the bathroom.

Guidance Systems
No Gideon's Bible? No worries, Da Butcha brought his own and and Upper Room for daily
devotionals; reminder that God is with them and J. C. is his copilot...from the backseat cuz
DaS Mann is in front passenger - navigator seat; Jesus doesn't mind, sits back, chillaxes,
watches the scenery whiz by, naps, no back seat driver He.
Nav' Tom-Tom Gips does all the work, the boys have faith GPS will get them to their
destinations, so far so good, only DaS Butcha error, misread, misdirected the Mali'bone, fell back
on back-up, Google Maps-GPS on DaS Smahrtphone...and not very often at that.
They've got overall Faith in God, Christ, and Spirit/Ghost...Ghost/Spirit...? Whatev'...it'll all
work out with Grace.

Round Valley Reservoir Recreational Area...they made it! Not closed today! Entry access

Da Butcha pulled into a service plaza to leg stretch, whiz, check map, showed DaS Mann
their location and highway to be taken, right past the Res Rec Area missed on Monday; DaS
suggests they try again and by unanimous vote the Gips is set for the Res, by way of Route 287 North, the way Butcha was gonna go anyway.
No entry fee and no swimming til June 17, the boys stop at picnic area, utilize the facilities,
stroll down to the shore, along a path to the beach, freshly raked and graded, pavilions ready
for happy families, maintenance crew puts finishing touches on upkeep, prep.

Lone fisherman casts into lakes inlet, pasture farmland, fields, forests on surrounding hills,
the Round Valley Mountain Range...ha-ha.
