Peggy Mc rings the bell welcoming all to worship at BVUC.

which was a shock to all who know the old demon sinner,

and who further know he has no time for organised religion,

or it's exclusive dogma,

and also recovering from Christianity PTSD;

being a Pote, he holds no affiliation to any

big box religious philosophy,

instead is a Seeker of Faith in Something Bigger;

Personal experiences of higher power intervention,

catalysts for self commitment to the Great Spirit,

the Unseen Force that binds all living things together in delicate balance,

Baptism in Sacred Waters,

cleansing and refreshing after a long strange journey,

an' den...

strangely coincidentally,

Pastor Will G is sent to Ballard Vale UC.

Obi Wan found himself in a pew one Sunday many moons ago

to hear the message of the day.

No, he did not burst into flames when he entered the sacred sanctuary,

A sworn flamer not bursting into flames.

Congregants extinguished flames chances with their sincere welcome,

upon his first time attending services,

he felt truly included and wanted by the group of strangers,

and slowly he got involved, cleaning up after church dinners,

cleaning up the property in the spring and fall,

doing other odd jobs around the place

an' den...

he was voted in as the Hearts Team Lead...

for the past 2.5 years...

the best, mind expanding time of his life to date.
