FIELD TRIP!

2 months past the actual date of the adventure,

talk about a procrastinating slacker!

Finally, at long last we bring you a photo-journey of our jaunt out to

Brookline NH, June 18, 2022,

Andres Art Institute Sculpture Park,

situated on a small sloping mountain side, tucked along former ski runs,

fire roads, and trails thru maple, pine, oak, and...

oh, so much more flora naturally landscape architect'd around

sculptures of rock, steel, junk, what have you, carved, welded, arranged in

creative ways, utilizing ski-rope-lift remains;

tastefully, randomly, seemingly, scattered about the groves and grassy spaces,

massive pieces one won't find in big time museums,

artists from all over the globe,

and

that same day

Walk For Ukraine,

Ukrainian Sculptures and trail marked with blue & yellow ribbons,

which, our group, followed,

more on that along the digipix path.

Let us now begin our journey with as few words as possible

for there are many photographs to view and enjoy on this magical mystery tour of outdoor art.

early enough to catch the elusive white squirrel enjoying brekkie

After some visits to the Alle'Loo, Agape Party of Five, piles into the Pumpkin and off!

On a quick back road trip thru the Merrimack Valley Forest and Field and we arrive!

2nd Tuesday Agape Open Circle Poetry & More Field Trip Attendees:

Jeff, DaS, T'Bone, Wen' D, DaB; sculpture welcomes Agape visitors

Interactive F'Art Installation, the Agape Open Circle participated in the exhibit.

Inprocess Sculpture, Rebar & Rock; DaS, Jeff, T', Wen' D, & DaB,

proudly display yellow & blue flower pins honoring Ukraine, after donating to

Walk for Ukraine and the Andres Sculpture Park;

map in hand, plot the best course to Ukrainian Pieces and others that

DaS & Dab did not view in 2020 when they visited last

(see Greetings From Da Butcha post, late 2020),

and off they go for an early afternoon in the woods.

Shadow & Light Studies with the human form & an unidentified sculpture,

Agape Group asks, "What is that?"

Snack Break on interactive art to ponder the previous pieces headed uphill,

comfy, stone sofa shadow & light meditation.

High Noon Musical Interlude & Break at the Artists Studio,

Solo Electric Cello, features a whale song inspired piece...

Such lovely shaped rock,

fork it over, put it in stock,

big for sculpture, small for soup,

sun rise and set over art, stoop,

& morphing granite block.
